This just in…the Concert For A Cause 8 CD will be released February 4th at The Woodlands in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The track we chose this time is “Kindergaten” and was recorded at Saturation Acres. I’ll be heading back to the studio in late January to record a few more tracks before heading to Pomeroy, OH for a couple days to study with Jonathan Edwards at Fur Peace Ranch. A couple of moths ago there was great article about the place…check it out  at Fretboard Journal. After that I’m hoping to do a short tour of the Mid-South-East in late April. Well, the first I’d to say is hello and welcome. There’s a lot that’ll be goin’ on with me in the next year and I feel blessed that I’ve been able to perform and record with some of the most talented musicians around the great Northeast. Since my last “self titled” release in June 2008 I’ve kept pretty busy and am very much looking forward to the future of my music, live and recorded. In a couple days I’ll be recording a song for the “Concert For A Cause 8 CD”. The players for this session will be A.J. Jump on drums/percussion, Dustin Drevitch on guitar/bass, and Bret Alexander who’ll be playin’ producer, guitar, bass, and I’m sure some other instruments as well…I have a horn section in mind, but I still have some time on my hands.

Alan Stout has given me “thumbs up” for another Mountaingrown Live radio broadcast sometime in 2010…the last one was August 2008 and we recorded that one. This makes me happy to say that soon I’ll be releasing some LIVE CHB and FREIGHT TRAIN SHOWS on this site, stay tuned. Lastly, with this recording I’ll be doin’ in the next couple months it’s safe to say that there’ll be a new EP out in late Winter 2010.

It is an exciting month. I am looking forward to starting the process of recording my new EP. I will be going into the studio on November 12th. Stay tuned for updates the direction we are taking!
